Cloud Migration for Civil Engineering
Amidst the unprecedented 2020 pandemic, ATCS found themselves ahead of the curve as critical changes rerouted corporations towards a remote workplace. ATCS had engaged dbSeer for expert consultation and implementation of a centralized storage system which eased collaboration across offices, devices, and engineers, keeping everyone connected in a physically decentralized workplace. In only four weeks, dbSeer helped ATCS create fully centralized storage using Amazon Web Services (AWS) FSx, migrate critical computing to EC2, and implement AWS Workspaces. This comprehensive solution allowed for a holistic transition to remote work, while maintaining accessibility to key resources, delivering cost savings and powerful resources to demanding civil engineering projects.
